Hidden Talents – Jo Welch

We’ve been finding out about Jo Welch’s creative cakes! They look amazing…

Jo says about them:

I started making cakes when I lived in Sheffield for the staff at the unit I worked. They often said how lovely they were and it moved on from making birthday cakes to wedding cakes for friends and family. When I moved to York everyone said I should set up in business and I found myself having spare time once my son went to school so just Jo’s cupcakes and bakes were born! I supplied cupcakes and cakes to businesses and individuals across York. We then adopted Katie and I found that I didn’t have enough spare time to dedicate to my business so I now make creations for friends and family.”
